These heavy duty mounting brackets are easy to mount or instal on any vertical surface keeping the flag securely mounted at a 45 degree while the flag to swivel on the mounting pole. "All L.O.W. brand Flag Hardware is covered by our 1-Year limited warranty against workman defect (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers L.O.W. considered a product defect. L.O.W. reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. The user is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit."
